As large UK property buyers, we very often have a suplus of houses that don't fit our exact purchase criteria. These may currently be owned by landlords, very large houses, or people that simply want to sell and move on. We also occasionally have property where the clients do want to sell and rent back, but the property just doesn't fit our buying criteria.
For these properties we do offer them out to external investors to purchase. The clients are made explicitly aware that it is not SARB Properties that will be buying the house, and any services or guarantees offered by SARB do not apply.
